where are you located?
We are located at Unit 307 on 4501 North Road in Burnaby. 4501 is a huge complex! Look for a “Korea Town Centre” sign where you’ll find elevators to the 3rd floor.
how do i get to aura using skytrain or bus?
AURA is a 10 minute walk from Lougheed Skytrain Station. Head southeast on Lougheed Hwy towards North Road. Turn right onto North Road and into the upper level of “Korea Town Centre”. We are located on the 3rd floor.
what are your hours?
We are open 10am to 7pm Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
where should i park?
Our building has two massive floors dedicated to parking for our guests!
Should i make reservations before i visit?
Yes! We have strict COVID-19 safety protocols. We are accepting patients by appointment only. You can book an appointment by giving us a call at

when should i arrive?
Due to the recent global pandemic, we ask all patients to arrive at the start of your appointment. This allows our staff to deep clean after each session. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.

do you provide direct billing to icbc? what information do i need?
Yes! We are here to help you through your MVA injuries. If you’d like to book an appointment with a practitioner we’ll need to know the following info:
- Your Full Legal Name
- Date of Birth
- ICBC Insurance Claim Number
- Date of Motor Vehicle Accident
- Name & Contact Info of ICBC Adjuster.
